  • The relaunch was successful and the Bay of Islands Lodge was operating in its new format.
  • Reviews collated and time to work with the product and prepare product to appeal to the specific demographics and target markets that had been defined in the strategy document.


Speed was of the essence – The Paihia YHA were having to do a full change to become Bay of Islands Lodge in a matter of weeks.
    • Supporting, guidance, and training – working with Andy and Lynne – conceptualising their logo, translating their thoughts and values onto their new website, ensuring that the product was depicted in an easy, clear, and precise way to encourage clients to book – ensuring USP’s (unique selling points) were marketed to encourage their specific demographics.
    • Supporting Andy operationally through booking system changes and Facebook/ google Business and new website development – all in a short period of time.
    • It was a great moment in time when we met the deadline – a new stylish logo, website and digital platform in place.
