In this position I have had an association with Blah Blah Marketing for approximately 10 years but more particularly their more recent role in organizing, marketing and assistance in conducting a marketing fund-raising activity for the Vintage Railway at our annual Fun Trivia Night. These extremely popular functions involves a major auction together with a trivial pursuits component, and are held in the Waitangi Copthorne Hotel, attracting a crowd of over 100.
Steph and Anika have been vital members of the organizing committee. Their role has been to liaise with the Copthorne to check and prepare the venue, set out the tables, organize the sound system, obtain a wide range of items and prepare the catalogue for the auction, check the programme times, assist with the marketing and promotion, organize the refreshments, check the trivia questions for accuracy pre event and digitally display the running results during the evening, set out the items to be auctioned pre event and assist the auctioneers during the auction, and generally ensure all components of a varied and hugely entertaining event run smoothly and effectively.
As Chair of the Organising Committee I have found Blah Blah Marketing to be efficient, cooperative, personable, reliable and professional. I hold their work and level of effectiveness in very high regard, and would happily endorse them to any organization.
